Introduction to Tao-iste practices, Basic COURSE

 

The word TAO means „the way” – the way of nature and of the universe and of balance, a way by which we can open ourselves more to the universe, to our spiritual path and to ourselves.

Taoism is a holistic practice that addresses both body, mind, spirit and soul, and when we truly understand Tao we will be able to make the right decisions in life.

Tao-ist practice involves many techniques that can restore lost youth, energy and virtues, activating in us the deepest spiritual potentials.

The first level of the practice aims to develop a healthy body, and for this we will learn how to concentrate and conserve our vital energy through the meditation with the Six Healing Sounds, with the help of the Inner Smile and the Meditation of the Microcosmic Orbit. We will also learn: Iron Shirt Qi kung and how to gather and refine our vital energy or Qi in a sphere of energy.
